00:00 hours
In 24-hour time, 12:00 a.m. midnight is not 24:00 hours, it is 00:00 hours.

Actually I believe midnight at the start of a day is 00:00 but at the end of the day it's 24:00.
For example, 10PM - 12 AM is 22:00 - 24:00 ... but 12 - 3AM is 00:00 - 03:00.

Thanks. In some places 24:00 is used to mean the end of the day.
